"Jay Sean is now set to get 'richer' after he announced that he is joining the world famous Cash Money Records aka the home of Lil Wayne! The Ride It star announced the news at yesterdays MOBO awards backstage after his performances, and although he didn't win any awards - it looks like the UK star is the big winner.
The Asian star is now part of Lil Wayne's camp - Cash Money Records, which is a subsidiary of Universal Music and according to reports Jay has known Wayne for a while and was very cool and calm about being signed... yeah right!
Recently Monte Lipman the president of Cash Money Records said they wanted to diversify into different genres like R&B, Soul, Rock and Pop even."
